One of the twin infants that was taken last month, prompting a statewide Amber Alert, has died.According to Columbus police, officers responded to a home around 10:54 p.m. Saturday evening for a report of a baby not breathing.Officials say the baby was taken to Children’s Hospital in life-threatening condition, where he later died around 11:44 p.m.Police say they have identified the baby as six-month-old Ky’Air Thomas.Ky’air and his brother, Kason, were kidnapped from the Columbus area in late December. Ky’air was found at the Dayton International Airport while Kason was found near a Papa John’s pizza restaurant in Indianapolis.24-year-old Nalah Jackson was federally charged by a grand jury on two counts of kidnapping a minor earlier this month.This is a developing story.

One of the twin infants that was taken last month, prompting a statewide Amber Alert, has died.

According to Columbus police, officers responded to a home around 10:54 p.m. Saturday evening for a report of a baby not breathing.

Officials say the baby was taken to Children’s Hospital in life-threatening condition, where he later died around 11:44 p.m.

Police say they have identified the baby as six-month-old Ky’Air Thomas.
