A VIEWER SENTENCE IS VIDEO THAT YOU ARE LOOKING AT RIGHT NOW WITH THE TRUCK. YOU SEE THE SMOKE AND ALSO FLAMES. WE ALSO WANT TO CHECK IN WITH METEOROLOGIST BETAS — MARK. >> THIS IS PROBABLY WEATHER-RELATED. THIS IS GOING TO BE A TWO HOUR LOOP. THE WORST OF IT HAS BEEN ACROSS ROCK COUNTY. THAT IS 39 AND 90. THAT IS THE INTERSTATE IN ROCK COUNTY WHERE WE HAD A MASSIVE PILOT, 50 CARS OR MAYBE MORE. THE SAME AREA MADE ITS WAY INTO KENOSHA COUNTY. YOU SEE THE DEEP BLUE? THAT IS A SNOW SQUALL. IT. THUS DROPS VISIBILITY BUT DOES NOT LAST LONG. VISIBILITY WOULD HAVE BEEN GREATLY REDUCED AS THIS MOVES IN. I AM PROBABLY THINKING IT COULD BE WEATHER RELATED BECAUSE WE HAVE TWO DIFFERENT AREAS OF BIG PILOTS. ONE ON 94 SOUTH IS ANOTHER ON 90 IN ROCK COUNTY. ONE IN ROCK COUNTY, ONE IN KENOSHA COUNTY. I WILL TAKE YOU TO ONE LAST AREA WHERE WE ARE SEEING ONE QUICK HEAVY SQUALL IN MILWAUKEE COUNTY. NOT AS HEAVY AS WHAT WAS HAPPENING TO THE SOUTH. THIS IS IT. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL SNOW TO WORRY ABOUT. THAT IS CERTAINLY GOOD. THE SNOW SQUALLS COME THROUGH. THERE ARE VERY HEAVY. THEY DO NOT LAST LONG WITH THEY REDUCE VISIBILITY. IT LIKELY MADE IT SLIPPERY ON THE ROADWAY. HAVE HAD THIS HAPPEN IN THE PAST IN SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN IS BIG PILOTS ESPECIALLY ON 41. BUT THIS AGAIN IN ROCK COUNTY AND KENOSHA COUNTY AS THIS MOVED THROUGH. THE GOOD NEWS IS THIS IS MOVING OUT. BUT A LOT MORE SNOW IN THE FORECAST. COMING UP AT 4:00, FIVE, 6:00 AND 10:00. >> THAT IS SOMETHING PEOPLE ARE ECHOING WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AS WELL. THE ROADS ARE SLIPPERY. WE ARE TAKING YOU BACK OUTSIDE TO BOTH CRASHES. THE FIRST ON I-41 AND 94 NEAR KENOSHA. THIS IS ANOTHER LIVE LOOK AT OUR TRANSPORTATION CAMERAS. TRAFFIC IS NOT MOVING. IT IS STACKED BACK TO BACK. YOU CAN SEE A LOT OF TRUCKS STANDING STILL AND YOU CAN SEE RESPONSE FROM POLICE AND EMS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF YOUR SCREEN. LANES ARE BLOCKED. AVOID THE AREA IF YOU CAN. THE ROADWAYS ARE SLIPPERY. IF YOU ARE HEADING OUT, DRIVE WITH CAUTION. THE OTHER CRASH WE ARE FOLLOWING IS ON I-90 BETWEEN JANESVILLE AND BELOIT. TRAFFIC IS NOT MOVING. IT IS AT A STANDSTILL. STATE PATROL TELLS OUR SISTER STATION IN MADISON THAT THERE ARE UP TO 50 CARS INVOLVED IN THE CRASH. LAW ENFORCEMENT SAYS SEVERAL MULTIPLY VEHICLE CRASHES ARE CAUSING PILEUPS ON I-90 IN ROCK COUNTY BETWEEN JANESVILLE AND BELOIT. WE WANT TO SHOW YOU WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE IN THE LAST HOUR. A PILLAR OF SMOKE. YOU CAN SEE HOW THICK AND BLACK THE SMOKE IS AND ALSO SEE THE FLAMES BETWEEN THE TWO TRUCKS. THIS IS FROM OUR DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION CAMERAS AND WE ARE JUST SEEING THIS VIDEO AND ALSO SEEING THOSE PILOTS. JUST TAKE IT SLOW ON THE ROAD IF YOU CAN AVOID THESE TWO AREAS THEN DO. THE ROADWAYS ARE SLIPPERY. DRIVE WITH CAUTION. IF YOU CAN AVOID THE AREA, SEEK AN ALTERNATE ROUTE. WE ARE GOING TO BE BACK
